Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the iOS application Score to Unlock ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

What the app is

The app is a private score tracker that lets two consenting adult partners agree on rules, log scores, and track shared milestones together. It is intended only for adults and only for mutually consensual use between two willing partners.

Eligibility

• You must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• The other person you pair with must also be a consenting adult.
• If either of you withdraws consent, you should stop using the shared notebook and unpair from inside the app.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the rules, scores, and entries you create. The app is a neutral recording tool; the developer does not review or moderate any content.
• You must not use the app to harass, coerce, or harm anyone — including the partner you pair with.
• You are responsible for keeping your device and your iCloud account secure.

"As is" — no warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. CloudKit availability and delivery of push notifications depend on Apple's infrastructure and are outside the developer's control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. The developer may discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. Termination does not retroactively grant the developer any rights over your data — the data remains in your iCloud account and on your device until you remove it.

Changes

If these Terms change materially, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated and a notice will appear in-app.
